AWFUL. RUDE and totally bitchy salespeople. I don't know what happened to this store, but the clothes have totally changed. Is there a new buyer? I had one salesgirl try to belt, wrap, push and sell me everything with vodka on her breath and another one with long blond hair try to tell me that these jeans that looked awful fit well. Some other shopper thought it was ok to just strip down in the open to try things on while my boyfriend was waiting for me. What kind of store is this place? With all the dying stores, I'm sure this one is next. I used to love this place and now....yuck. Terrible service and gross drunk salespeople.

Best store in Chicago. Tangerine is amazing! Hands down, they carry the best lines in Chicago. Their selection is incredible. If I am looking for a special dress (that no one else will have) or a cute blouse to brighten up my boring work wardrobe I know I will have great luck Tangerine. I honestly don?t even bother going anywhere else. The girls who work there are great! They give me completely honest opinions (they have told me to pass on pieces numerous times) and give me great suggestions and pick out things I normally wouldn?t pick up. If you love clothing and want something that will make you feel great; go to tangerine.

Overpriced, Poor Customer Service!. I had a very disappointing experience shopping at Tangerine. While they carry some nice lines and have a decent selection, the store is completely unaccommodating to its customers and is very over-priced. I recently bought a dress at the store and the very same day I found the dress online on sale for $77. I paid $270 for it at Tangerine. The store was unwilling to make any price adjustments or give me a store credit for the difference. Simply offering a small discount would have made me feel better for overpaying for the dress- instead the manager was extremely rude, disparaging and dismissive. Whatever happened to customer service?

I will never shop there again. Roslyn, Riley, Veruca Salt and Intermix are better options.
