Your worst nightmare. Stay as far away from this moving company as you can get. They are dishonest and, while you think you will save money, in the end, they put it to you. Steve is very unprofessional and dishonest. He tells you one thing and something different occurs and then blames his dispatcher or says "you signed the contract", which turns out to be more then the contract you signed. Bret doesn't have a clue what he's doing and simply goes through the motions. He doesn't explain anything about the process and while you sign a contract, they expect you to read EVERY line of the 6 pages they throw at you when they are done loading your belongings. Our things were picked up on 05/03/12 and, as of today, 05/18/12, our load still hasn't arrived. If you question them, they will bump your move and will take the full 10 day window. Keep in mind that's 10 BUSINESS days even though trucks run 7 days a week. They dented an expensive stainless steel refrigerator before they were even got done loading us up. Sasha told us on 05/03/12 that the trailer was at their facility and our stuff would probably be loaded when the loaders got back. We got pumped, no phone call. Our stuff sat in Chicago more then a week AFTER we left for our new home in Florida. DO NOT USE THEM. They are by far your worst nightmare.…
