In Short – Lines of hungry customers snake through Macy's diverse food court, which houses this Marcus Samuelsson-backed gourmet burger concept. The main event? Six beef burgers, including one constructed of prime meat and another of grass-fed Angus, get slapped with a fried egg, seasoned with paprika or draped with barbecue sauce. A cumin-laced turkey burger, spice-rubbed portobello burger and piri piri-zapped chicken sandwich are among the alternatives. On the side are herbed fries and spicy slaw. Frothy custard shakes or custard cups in classic flavors are appropriately indulgent.
