In Short – One might mistake this bar for an illicit nightspot given its provocative name and under-the-El entrance. Inside, however, the scene is familiar sports bar, with a dozen or so flatscreeens, exposed brick and scuffed hardwood floors. Several amenities save the bar from mediocrity: The brick oven cranks out respectable pies, and a second floor lounge offers martini-sipping atmosphere and a Wii system for heated public play. Its a pretty good place to chillax and have a few brews with your buddies after work> I like it cause it's called Addiction and I got a serious addiction to pounding beers! Right on!

Know Before You Go:
Martini nights are in the works, featuring reduced cocktails and themed reasons to party.
Parking:
Lake is almost always a haven for folks with wheels, the one exception being Saturday night when nearby nightclubs draw thousands of young suburbanites.
The Extras:
Outdoor seating smack under the El provides a nice, albeit noisy, extra space when things get busy inside.
When to Go:
Shhh ... this is an excellent place to come for that weekend home game when every other bar in town is bursting at the seams, especially considering the stepped up food.
Where to Sit:
The small bar up front is nice, but with so many tables and chairs on the main floor it would be silly to settle for a stool. Grab a four-top and spread out.
