Green walls nod to the garnish of choice at this brick-walled martini den with comfy blue banquettes, marbled tables and a sweet sidewalk patio. Effen and Grey Goose--chilled to 20 degrees--are what's on tap, and the menu holds its own: a good thing given that the bevs, churned out by peppy bartenders, aren't watered down. Choices appeal to a wide range of diners and include sushi, bouillabaisse, mac and cheese and steak. If straight-up alcohol isn't your thing, do like the gal pals on the prowl and order off the lengthy cocktail list, where sweet, frilly libations dominate.
