My choice limo company. I have been using Allo as my provider of choice in Chicago since 2009. The prices are very reasonable, the tip is included, they take my american express card, they are very reliable. I often call at the last minute and they are always very accommodating and greet me by name when I call from my cell phone.

I have ridden with them at least 20 times and never had a single bad experience. I also refer them to any friends who ask me for a towncar service in Chicago and use them to pick up my clients as well.

Made my job easier!!. I work for an executive recruiting firm and often arrange travel logistics for senior-level executive candidates. Normally, I arrange rental cars for candidates; however, last week all rental cars were sold out at Midway, so I booked car service through ALLO. My candidate was due to arrive at Midway Tuesday evening, needed to be taken to his hotel in NW Indiana, and then picked up from our client site site Wednesday afternoon and brought back to Midway. After making the reservation over the phone (super easy), I immediately received email confirmations, which made it very convenient to forward the confirmation information to the candidate. The candidate's flight ended up being delayed, which initially caused me to worry; however, ALLO was completely on top of the situation tracking his flight info and even confirmed with me once he finally made it to the hotel. The next day he was also picked up and brought to the airport as scheduled. Their rates are VERY reasonable, if not lower than most. I was able to arrange payment through our company credit card, so the candidate did not have to worry about paying for anything. Receiving electronic receipts afterwards made it super convenient for billing processing. Overall all, ALLO definitely helped put my mind at ease and made my job much easier!
