Aria Restaurant

Aria at the Fairmont Hotel. I dined at Aria and it was terrific! We started out on their new patio with some refreshing white wine and the coconut soup as an appetizer and then went into the restaurant for dinner. The food, service and decor were amazing. The restaurant just hired a new chef and he has revised the menu. It was great before and now it is Fantastic! He came and said hello to us too. We loved the coconut Soup appetizer and we had the wagyu beef that melted in your mouth. Chef even sent out gratis, a lovely tasting of grilled mini vegetables that they bought locally from the green city market in Lincoln Park and herbs from their very own roof top garden. - It was an AWESOME Exprience. It's so close to work that we now will be a regular. We were also told that ENO, the new lounge in the Fairmont, has something called ENO -versity, it's a once a month class of wine pairing, chocolate and cheese and it's only $25. We will be going to the next one on JULY 20th! it's at 6pm, perfect thing to do after work.…

Great find.... What a great find just off of Michigan Ave. The food was a great mix with both vegetarian and regular food. The decor was so relaxing I could see why business people were there. The only draw back would be our server who was less than attentive, maybe because we weren't in suits. Even when we left he couldn't thank us or give us a good bye. The chef, manager, and hostess were most gracious.

I would definitely go back again but I will be prepared to speak up!!…
