Tips for Seitz Development and Construction Company

Seitz Development is a Deadbeat Company. My company was hired by Steve Seitz to do subcontractor work. He promised to pay us when the work was done. He is not a man of his word. He doesn't anwser phone calls, he just hides. I would think twice before hiring him, because if he subs out any of the work he is contracted to do, you might be liable to pay the subcontractor.

Exceptional Talent and Skill. There are a lot of Carpenters out there to choose from, but not many who are perfectionists in their craft.
