Fantastic. Drs Paula Lapinski and Jose Rios are the greatest. They show concern for their patients and very professional and thorough in their work. I had Basal Cell Mohs surgery performed on me. Dr Lapinski had to do the procedure 3 times to make sure she got all the cancer cells.After the third procedure she came into the room and yelled "we got it all" which made me feel so good. I had a hole behind my ear the size of a baseball but after Dr. Rios finished stitched me up you can't even tell I had any surgery done.

Drs Lapinski and Rios are the greatest.

Amazing!!!!. I am 5’7”, 140lbs and had my breast augmentation surgery in December of 2011 and LOVE my breasts. I went from a full B/small C to a DD. I went with the Silicone fill vs. the Saline fill and they look and feel very natural. I would highly suggest going with the Silicone fill vs. the Saline fill because they are just as safe and feel real. You will have two consultations where he thoroughly discusses with you the differences between the two fills, the surgery, his recommendations, and any questions or concerns you may have about your upcoming surgery. He is very professional and loves what he does. You know from the first meeting that you are in very good hands and that he is going to make you look and feel amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone and have already given his card and information to some of my friends. He is also very affordable and offers different payment plans.…

Dr Rios is a fabulous surgeon!. In early August of 2011, I had breast augmentation surgery as well as a tummy tuck at the same time both performed by Dr. Rios. I had a large baby back in 1994 which caused loose abdominal skin. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and couldn't tighten the skin from diet and exercise. I also had very small breasts my whole life which made it difficult to buy swimsuits and look decent in clothes. I was referrred to Dr. Rios by a friend at the gym who had breast surgery a year before me. I was extremely pleased with the results from both surgeries. Dr. Rios was very professional and he told me all of the risks up front as well as what result I could expect based on my body. He did not pressure me to make any quick decisions nor did he try to influence what cup size I chose. The post operative period went very smoothly and the scars are healing well. Dr. Rios checked in on me the evening of surgery as well as several times over the next few weeks. Any time I had a question or concern, Dr. Rios called me personally to disucss. He never made me feel like I was a both. I went back to work after two weeks and I did not experience any extreme levels of pain. The cost was exactly as quoted and I was able to schedule my surgery when it was convenient for me. The office staff was friendly and responsive. Thank you Dr. Rios!. After the birth of our 9-1/2 pound son twenty-one years ago I had extensive stretch marks, an unattractive vertical c-section scar, and loss of muscle that caused a loose, un-toned “pouch” no amount of diet and exercise would alleviate. My subsequent pregnancy with our daughter seventeen years ago exacerbated these issues even further. Despite daily exercise and weight loss/weight maintenance, the appearance of my stomach affected my self-confidence and self-image more with each passing year. My stomach was not only unattractive to me but also to my husband.

Though I knew they would do nothing to alleviate the “pouch” and muscle loss, I have tried a number of topical applications over the years in an attempt to minimize the stretch marks and appearance of the scar…all to no avail. I have considered having an abdominoplasty for quite a few years. One day I saw one of Dr. Rios’ ads in the newspaper offering a free initial consultation. Prior to meeting Dr. Rios I was a bit apprehensive, but my apprehensiveness diminished as we began discussing the procedure. Dr. Rios is so knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to converse with that our questions were answered and concerns allayed during that first meeting. I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Rios has potential surgical patients come back for a second consultation to further address any additional questions and/or concerns that may have arisen following the first consultation. At the second consultation, we discussed a few more issues and proceeded to schedule the procedure.

From the moment I arrived to have the procedure, on-site care far exceeded my expectation. Meeting with the anesthesiologist and seeing Dr. Rios prior to the procedure definitely calmed any “day of” concerns I may have had. Pain management was highly effective and I ceased actual pain medication 1-1/2 days after the procedure. The personal contact I/we received following the procedure was phenomenal. Dr. Rios was reachable at a moment’s notice and called the night of the procedure to check on me. Knowing that Dr. Rios was just a phone call away was unbelievable!

The results of my abdominoplasty have so far exceeded our expectation and I am only three weeks out from surgery. Follow-up visits have been filled with encouragement and information…Dr. Rios’ staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind!

Something Dr. Rios said at our initial consultation with him really touched me at the time and has continued to play in my mind since. As we were conversing during that first meeting, Dr. Rios stated that it was important to him personally to build a relationship with his patients and that he would always be accessible, no matter how big or small the issue/question. That kind of dedication and genuine patient concern are not often found.
