I used Service Magic to find a reliable company to repair my chimney. I was greatly satisfied with Maximum Chimney Services. I had already received a list of things probably needed from my chimney sweep. He no longer did chimney repairs. After the inspection the two workers, Paul and Mike, told me the things that needed to be repaired, those things not needed, and the cost of the repairs.

The list quoted by Maximum was right on target with a comfortable price I could afford. There was an immediate trust I felt with this company. Many companies try to sham a woman but not Maximum. I am most pleased with the results of their completed work thanks to Paul and Mike.

Bad service

Their technicians are unreliable. My first appointment was supposed to be at 9 am and they showed up at 11 am. My second appointment was supposed to be at 9 am and they called to push it back to the afternoon and NEVER showed up that afternoon. The third appointment was promised at 8 am. I am still waiting at 10:30 am for them. I am sick of waiting around for their services.
