Great Fast Mediterranean.
I went to Nesh Saturday night and thought it was great. Definitely a place to stop in for a quick bite. The staff was very frendly and let me try a couple of things I hadn't had, before I ordered. They answered all my question and were able to give good recomendations. I'll definitely go back.
Just what DePaul needs: A sturdy, franchise-like restaurant packed with familiar Middle Eastern dishes and about as many TVS.. In Short A squat brick building directly adjacent to the venerable Bourgeois Pig would make an ideal travel agency, or a currency exchange, but instead it's a brightly lit, tidy little short-order restaurant. Staples include solid falafel, garlicky hummus, and all manner of pita sandwiches--kabobs, shawarma, grilled veggies--all make their way into warm, house-made pitas. Students and devoted locals fill the place at lunch, happy to find something quick, inexpensive and fast when other immediate choices are limited to fast food, bar food and coffee.
