This place is where it's at!!!!. This is the shop to go to for custom artworks, I walked in and was tattooed by Travis, this guys artwork is amazing, go there for your next tattoo and ask for him, he is awesome!!!

The Best Tattoo Studio In Chicago!!!!. This is hands down the best place to get a tattoo in this city!!!! I got tattooed by Gary the Owner, and he is an awesome artist! I came in after seeing his work online, chatted with him about what I wanted, he drew exactly what i was looking for, and the actual tattoo was a million times better than the drawing he showed me!!! I'm am totally impressed, the shop is awesome, all the rest of the artist's there seemed to be pretty awesome as well. I would for sure send everyone I know there for there tattoos from now on!!!!!

Great artist!. My boyfriend got a tattoo and Pony, one of the artists, did it and it was really good- exactly what he wanted! He is incredibly nice and helpful, especially since this was his first tattoo. It is a little pricey but compared to some other shops in the Chicago area, reasonable. It was worth to pay the $$ because of the work, after all, it IS permanent :) THANKS PONY! We will be back.

Amazing tattoo work.. these guys are amazing. not your typical tattoo artist freaks. Normal, down to earth guys whose priority is to make you comfortable. Every artists portfolio was jaw dropping. ask for Pony, he pierced my johnson perfectly.

Amazing Shop. I have gotten a decent amount of work done at Windy City Ink, and im very excited to get more. The Guys are absolutely amazing, funny, nice, and easy on the eyes. On top of that, the work that is done at the shop is out of this word, every thing is picture perfect. The shop its self is very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend going to Windy City Ink if you want a piercing or tattoo, either way your going to be very happy.

fantastic experience. I have many tatoos - none of which I've gotten in Chicago, until now! - I have never been able to find a place in Chicago that I wanted to go to but I'm so glad I finally found a place and an artist that I trust and am excited about going back to! Pony at Windy City Ink did an amaizing job on my arm - the coloring, shading and lines are intense and more amazing than I ever could have expected! I can't wait to see what he comes up with for me for a half sleeve. If you are looking for a clean, relaxed and super talented work, go see Pony!

TRUE MASTERPIECE 8/20/2009. BJ,

Being over 50 and having a large Tattoo as the first in my life, you made It an enjoyable Experiance.

I have to say that my new Sleve Tattoo you did last night is a TRUE MASTERPIECE, It was more than I expected.

This tattoo was well worth the travel time from Indiana for consultation twice, the time it took to compleate as well as the cost to do it.

You created a piece that will tell my story, makes people look deep into the detail and subtle way you combined every thing from my wish list into one tattoo and ask "whats that stand for", and it looks Wonderful.

No one could have taken my vision and combined it so that it all blended the way you did.

Your Talent and Eye for detail is for sure the ice breaker that sets this tattoo apart from all the rest.

I thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with me, did I say my Tattoo is Wonderful.

Bad Reviews are haters, this place is amazing!. I did a walk-in and Gary was the one to help me out. I told him what I wanted and he went to work. He drew out exactly what I wanted on paper, but once it was on my body it looked different due to my body's shape and curves. This was fine because he just started to fix it on my body until I liked it and he went to work. He was very professional and tried to make me feel better because I was in pain. This was my first tattoo and I'm VERY satisfied. I've seen some pretty bad jobs done on my friends from other places, and I'm glad mine came out great. :)

great place and great service. This place is awesome! I have had two tattoos done there, and they exceeded my expectations with both of them!! I have also had a piercing done there too and I'm more than happy with it. My friends and I have had all of our work done here and not one of them are unhappy. Also, this place is super clean and sterile. I HIGHLY suggest checking this place out before judging from the other negative reviews.
