Money Well Spent,A Great Experience

All I can say is WOW, these guys are lifesavers. We hired J&P Moving to move our family from Chicago, IL to Dallas, TX after our others move(which is another story) failed to show up. Fortunately, they had a truck available on very short notice. The guys were upbeat, polite, and handled all our belongings with extreme care. The pricing ($5800)was slightly higher than the other company, but the service was well worth the price we paid and I would certainly use them again for any future moving needs.

Great Moving Experience

J&P Moving is great! I needed movers at the last minute for a local move. I contacted J&P, Bonnie in the office was very helpful. She answered all of my questions for me and they were very accomodating being that this was short notice.

I wasn't expecting the guys until 9:00am, they actually arrived early. The guys were great! From the moment the arrived at my house till the moment that they left they were very professional. They were courteous, polite and they worked well as a team to get my move completed within a timely manner.

They also went that extra mile to help me with moving some items around in my house that I hadn't originally discussed with them. I greatly apppreciated that. I would recommend J&P Moving to anyone that is looking to move.

A very dissatisfied customer

8/27/11 -This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Trust me, I have experienced their dishonesty first hand. Took me over two months to recieve my goods, and then when they showed up they were requesting to collect $1k more than they were suppose to. Claiming weight, in addition they fraudulently modified my contract to a binding contract and this is how they have been getting over on customers all along. I have many more details about this company and how they have treated their customers. String, and strings of emails. contact me if you like more information because I would be glad to share. The only way I did get my things from them is by filing a complaint through the Department of Transportation, and they were required to deliver my things and could not collect what they were falsely trying to collect.

Unfortunately their unethical behaviors even continued when they did finally deliver my things as they mysteriously did not have one my chairs to my living room set and two kitchen table chairs and indicated until I paid them what they felt was my balance I would not get to put a claim in against the missing items. I will post pictures shortly of how my boxes where delivered, I had broken items, etc.. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Any postive review on this site is J&P themselves, because everyone that I have spoken with who has unfortunately experienced this company first hand has had nothing but bad experiences to report.
