Highly recommended!. I highly recommend Rob West Plumbing for any plumbing problem. I'm very glad to have discovered this company. Rob West himself called me to talk over the problem at length within hours after I had posted an inquiry on his web site.

They solved a leakage problem in the crawlspace of my 108-year-old house, which necessitated a major sewer line repair. In the course of the job they discovered additional contributing problems, which were fixed promptly without added cost. Tom e-mailed me a detailed progress report at the end of the first day of work. In all, the job was finished a day early and $700 UNDER estimate. How often does that ever happen?

The plumbers involved were highly skilled, extremely courteous, and careful. I was especially grateful that they were able to complete the job without destroying some newly poured sidewalk and new bricked patio area, although it caused considerably more work for themselves.

I will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I very highly recommend that Rob West Plumbing company do your Chicago plumbing repairs.

They have been helping me deal and solve my water problems due to flooding, heavy rains and broken pipes,

high water levels. Rob has installed a high lift station in my backyard to stop sewer flooding backup into the house, installed

drain tiles, sump pumps, put in an extra pump with back up power batteries installed.

Rob has constantly come back to my house to check, improve as needed. Rob and his company can very importantly be reached personally and they come that day or the next day.

Rob is very patient dealing with an elderly and sick person like me. He does the best he can to work out reasonable prices. He talks with and answers questions you and wife may have. I am a strong positive reference you can call me for Rob West.

Excellent Chicago Plumbers. We had a real mess in our Logan Square house with basement flooding. Rob had the best price we could find for a Chicago plumber who would come over right away and get our emergecy fixed and they set up a new flood control solution so we don't have to deal with this again - (fingers crossed). They cleaned everything up when they were done - no stink or stains. Highly recommended.

There are not enough stars to rate Rob West Plumbing. There are not enough stars to rate Rob West Plumbing, they are magnificent. I had an issue with another plumber (he was unable to fix my valve) and Tom from Rob West Plumbing came to the rescue with in an hour or so. He looked at the valve fixed it in no time and installed my appliance flawlessly. I will be calling them exclusively in the future. Note: they were also the best price, wear shoe covers and were very professional. Take it from me, do not call anyone else. I called 7 other places and they all spoke in Plumbing Pig Latin about all the additional cost here and there. Rob took the time and broke down what needed to be done.
