A well-executed biker-bar atmosphere--with an utter lack of bikers--draws an easy-going college crowd.. The atmosphere might suggest a hard-living clientele reared on a strict diet of classic rock and the namesake spirit. Framed, mounted guitars adorn one wall, and two chopper-style motorcycles oppose each other above the bathrooms. Backlit steer skulls and dark, weathered-looking wood complete the roadhouse picture. However, while there is plenty of whiskey--everything from Templeton Rye to Talisker 10--the young, college-leaning set typically sticks to domestic brews, and the music dips predictably into pop-rock and rap.…
