Whether it's a vintage Chardonnay from Sonoma, handmade truffles or aged gouda, this hotel lounge is dateworthy with its extensive selection of wine, chocolate and cheese. The menu covers 300-500 varietals of wine housed in a glass cellar, cheeses representing 35 small producers from around the world and handmade truffles and bars from local chocolatiers. The intimate space keeps it sultry with an oxblood reds, leather walls and quartzite floors.
