Don't Use Them!!!!!. Whatever you do stay away from this limo company. I read the mostly positive reviews on yelp and thought it would be a safe company to use for transportation to and from a concert with some friends. My issue with the company is 2 fold.

1st our return driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate to our group. When contacting him after the show I asked him where would be the easiest place for him to pick us up at and he informed us to wait for him behind the Target next to Allstate Arena. We waited for about 10-15 minutes and when I contacted him again to check on the eta because he had not arrived yet he basically said that we were idiots and were probably standing in front of the Target and that he was waiting for us behind it (we were actually standing behind the Target in a dark alley next to a bunch of dumpsters....so yes we were exactly where he told us to be and also who the hell asks their customers to wait to be picked up in a dark alley???). With that said I explained we were behind the building and if he drove through the alley he would probably see us which is exactly what happened. On entering the car he then made a few snide remarks to us because the police gave him a hard time about driving the limo through the alley....I apologized to him but I wanted to say "that's where you told us to meet you, if the police are giving you a hard time that is your own fault". For the rest of the ride we put the privacy window up because apparently he was having a bad day.

My second and main issue involves the additional charges we received days later. Upon reviewing the invoice that was emailed to me 3 days later I noticed there was an additional $50 charge for our trip to Allstate Arena. At this point i called M&M to figure out what this charge was related to. After multiple calls over several days I finally received an email back saying the charges were because when we got to Allstate we asked if we could stay in the limo for 15-20 more minutes to finish our drinks. I explained to the manager at M&M that we asked the driver if we could stay in the limo for longer and that he called dispatch and they approved and that at no point in time did he explain to us that there were going to be additional charges. I said it was absurd to charge people for services after the fact without telling them about the charge in the first place. The response I got was basically "too bad, our driver said he told you about it so it isn't our problem". Really?!? Of course the driver is going to say he told us, if he didn't he could probably be fired or written up for not doing his job and costing the company money.

Needless to say I will never use M&M again and I hope everyone on Yelp follows my lead. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!…
