Tips for Panera Bread

went here with my sister for breakfast. The two vacant window seats were dirty (had to bring it to the managers attention), the breakfast sandwich we wanted was sold out, and the hazelnut coffee was empty and had to ask for more and wait while it finished brewing. Disappointed.
