Service ruined what could have been a great night out. The atmosphere was charming with live jazz music but our waitress's lack of attention to our table soured our experience. First our appetizer made it to the table after our dinner entrees had already arrived. The waitress then acted surprised that the appetizer would no longer be necessary . Our steak trio and lobster entrees were bland and unimpressive. We even had to ask the waitress to refill our water glasses. In fact, we were so unimpressed that we decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory restaurant down the street for our dessert to spare us further disappointment. We would have told the manager about our experience except that there was no visible management to be seen as we left. Although the prices were pretty reasonable, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
