Pleasant experience. We drove from 3 hours away. The car was detailed and waiting for us when we got there. All we had to do was sign the papers and drive it home. Very pleasant experience.

Good service. I visited Oak Lawn Mazda for test-driving the new Mazda3. I still hadn’t made up my mind whether I’d purchase a car immediately. The salesman was very courteous and friendly. My unwillingness to make a purchase right away didn’t discourage him from providing me with good customer service. He explained and demonstrated all the features and let me go for a test-drive on my own. I was very pleased with the vehicle as well as the customer service.
