Worst movers we've ever had. We've moved cross-country a number of times, so we have experience with moving companies. None have been perfect, but most have been OK. But not Planes -- they win the title of "worst". They packed our stuff in Chicago for our move to Atlanta. We couldn't be there on move-out day, so we didn't get to supervise -- not that it would have done any good. These guys apparently just tossed things into boxes. The couldn't be bothered to plastic-wrap things like the leather couch. When we unpacked on the other end, nearly every box was crushed. In a nutshell: DO NOT give this company your business -- if you do, you'll be sorry.

Worst movers ever!. First off the review for the move was 2 and half hours late. Then I was being told by this woman that "they should have told you I would coming from 50 miles away and I have no idea what time that will take in the traffic."

All they have done is pass the buck and then when they showed they were obnoxiously late again!! Then on delivery they suggested that a tip was OK...WTFreak?

A company that gets cash by purporting to use "legit" and bonded movers? These guys were convicts. No issue there, except that all your stuff is being moved by convicts? Blogs out there about stuff falling off trucks? Wow! I was so restricted by ht ecompany that hired me - they would not let me change companies and now, since I complained on the next move these guys are going to destroy must stuff even more...smashed boxes, filthy trucks...I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best Movers I have ever used!. I have used professional movers over a dozen times from everything from personal moves to corporate relocations to corporate office moves. Planes United Van Lines is by far the best moving company I have ever used. They are professional and best of all, on time!
