Terrible Customer Service Experience. Extremely upset with Wholesalepoint. They sent me a different Digital Weatherstation unit than was depicted on their website. After I was told I can return the item, Wholesalepoint owner, David, called me and refused to send a shipping label to return the wrong item saying he knew everything about Taylor Weatherstations and I must be wrong even though what I received CLEARLY didn't match what I purchased. The incorrect item I received had been previously opened as well. I had to file a PayPal and BBB dispute in order to get my money back AFTER the seller told me they would send a return label and process it. It has been a frustrating run-around trying to deal with Wholesalepoint and they have been completely unwilling to rectify the error. I still have not received a return label to date although promised by customer service.…
