I am a pretty mellow and accommodating person...I have never left a customer comment before in my life and this is the first time I truly experienced horrible customer service teetering on fraudulent
behavior! I was extremely disappointed after purchasing a laser package...once they received my money, they could not bother with setting up the next appointment. I tried 5 times!!!! And they never returned my calls. In this economy, really???? I just noticed they offered another promo through Groupon -- outrageous!! DO NOT PURCHASE or you will be in for a world of headache!!!!

Horrible Service, not consistant, NOT worth it.. I bought a package of 6 microderms/peels. Have had 6 different employees! The technicians are ALWAYS quitting. The turn over is ridiculous. They are all very nice but it would be great to have the same person get to know your skin. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and schedule an appointment. You leave a message and no one calls you back. Then when you do finally get a hold of someone they can't find an appointment for over a month away. They can't keep any records so there is always a discrepancy with how many services in the package are left. I made an appointment, showed up and they realized the appointment was made for 2am NOT 2pm, had to reschedule. There are WAYYY too many fantastic places to go to for peels and microderms. Prime example of you get what you pay for.…
Unprofessional, horrible service & unreliable. On my first appointment, they overcharged my credit card by over a hundred dollars and told me they didn't know how to reverse it. Now that I already paid in full for my sessions, they made it clear that they have no interest in providing their services. It is impossible to make an appointment with them. They never pick up or return phone calls. They are completely under-staffed. If I had known how unprofessional they were, I would have never gone here. I do not recommend this place to anyone.…

A true gem in the area. Alternative Medi-Spa, located right next to my favorite drive-thru Starbucks, is a true gem in the area. Great ambiance, nice staff, and relaxed yet professional atmosphere. So nice to have a Spa in the neighborhood and not have to drive to the city anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Rostein and his esthetician Martin. One year ago, I had gotten laser hair removal, laser spider vein removal, and laser genesis here. All with great success. They do botox as well. I didn't have this procedure at the time but my girlfriend who has been seeing Dr. Rostein for years did and has enjoyed her results. Recently they had some wonderful Spa promotions on Saturday that I had to take advantage of. (I appreciate the phone call by the way). I had botox done around the eye areas to diminish some problem areas. Once again, I am very happy with the end results. Alternative Medi-Spa has since added eye doctors to the practice. (The name is now Alternative Medi-Spa & Vision). Something I need to stop in for soon...Maybe if I finally get my eyes checked and stop squinting on the computer I won't have to worry about those darn eye wrinkles after all!…
