worried. I am starting to get worried....I booked a night stay on Sept 3 hoping to have a nice birthday weekend .. I called to see what the parking situation looked like and I didn't get the best customer service..no warm welcoming from this crew thats for sure...I hope the stay is a little better...post later in the week and let everyone know..…
BE CAREFUL OF DOUBLE BILLING. Twice now I have experienced double billing on my bank statement after having tea and breakfast at the Starbucks in the hotel. I receive a duplicate bill for Mercat where I did not purchase anything but which is also part of the hotel. I have also not received even a cup discount when I get a refill on my tea. I am charged full price which is unlike any other Starbucks I have frequented. When questioned about this, the staff tells me they were yelled at for doing so. Creates a mess for me when reconciling my bank statement.…
