Ulta 3, North Ave. Salon. Jennifer is fantastic. I've been wary of the Ulta 3 salon, but curious. Now that Jennifer's on staff, fear not. The prices are average - not a bargain, but a lot less than the chic or hip and trendy salons. The hours are compatible with work schedules, and FREE PARKING (I know the parking lot's crowded, but free parking can be found.
