Great store. had to buy a new refrigerator and stove last month. Went to home depot and then to grand appliance. Great selection, cheaper than home depot, and fast delivery. I had my stove and refer the next day. Delivery took 20 minutes. The delivery guys were great, polite, and fast. Highly recommend. Ask for Rishi.

very happy. My wife and i were looking to update our kitchen with some stainless steel appliances. WE went to grand appliance and abt. The prices were the same but the salesman really knew what he was talking about. I had no idea what a slide in range or a counterdepth refrigerator was, but now i know. He really helped us get what was best for us and didn't upsell us. The whole sales experience was very enjoyable. The delivery came in 2 days, the delivery guys were great. THey were super careful in the way they delivered the fridge and stove. (There was one hiccup with not being able to push the stove all the way in, but Grand sent someone later that day to redo my gas pipe so that the stove went all the way back.) Grand has a good operation and I recommend to everyone.

DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. The salesman seemed nice and knowledgeable. I wanted to support my local businesses and families by shopping the little family owned business, thinking that the customer service would be superior. I bought several products including a TV (never needed service) Instead, what I found was the salesman lied about what the extended warranty really covers. Jane the Customer Service Manager (owner's daughter) is rude and unwilling to provide timely service repairs. Instead of servicing their customers, they prefer to believe their own made up stories about what customers really want. The appliance manufacturer is more service oriented and much more humane than any person at Grand Appliance and TV. I made a big mistake buying from them and from now on I will buy my appliances at Abt. I suggest you do too!
