Been a customer of EBS for 12 years. The manager at this location is named Gordana and she has always been so very helpful! Great facility and its always clean and everyone that works at this location is great. If you live in river north and need storage, go to east bank storage on Ohio St.

reliable/safe/friendly storage facility. I've been going to east bank storage for 7 years and will stay there as long as I am living in the city. Even though I've moved out of river north, I remain loyal to EBS bc of the excellent customer service they provide to me. As a pharmaceutical representative I am getting packages daily. I can rest assured that Gordana and the rest of the folks at EBS will sign for my packages and ensure that I receive them as delivered. I've also been pregnant 2x since going to EBS and the staff is constantly helping me lift and carry my boxes which I have truly appreciated. The units are a great size for the money (many different sizes available) and the facility is easy to maneuever. I highly recommend EBS.

Secure shipping and storage. I've been a customer of East Bank Storage for 10 years. I love the customer service and the ease and convenience of having packages and important mail delivered to a secure location. I've also had a storage unit there and was glad to have a temperature controlled place to keep my items.

A great experience. Perfect conditions for wine storage. Has helpful personnel that make receiving and storing wine incredably easy. You will love the murals as you trek down to the wine cellar
