In Short – Roomy dining areas have all-American decor of dark wood and stone accents. Nearly every menu item is cooked on Weber's own kettle grills. Start with the Weber sampler: tender, teriyaki-marinated steak skewers, barbecued shrimp and a mound of crispy onion curls. Chopped salad is lightly dressed with fire-roasted corn vinaigrette. Classic burgers are well-cooked and topped with lettuce, onion and tomato. Other top entrees include tender 14-ounce strip steak and flaky grilled salmon.

Good meatloaf, ribs, burgers, fish. Vegetables too salty, and don't bother with the breakfast.

Great food, even better service

I went with a group of four to celebrate a special occasion. Our service was absolutely flawless. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were great. I have heard that this place was full of tourists and not to go there. I disagree. The food was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was crowded but enjoyable. I would recommend this to all local Chicagoans.It is great!

Not a great filet mignon. I make better at home

I took my daughter here last night for her birthday dinner. (The one in Lombard) after going to 2 other places and not wanting to wait 45 minutes for a table we navigated to the Weber Grill. The hostess told us the wait was 20-25 minutes but we waited much longer...okay, that happens. We had the artichoke and spinach dip, it was very good. We both had Filet Mignon, we asked for medium. One was medium well and one was well done. Very dry and flavorless so I took the server up on his offer and sent it back for a new one. By the time I got it my daughter was wrapping up the rest of hers so I had a few bites and brought the rest home. I was completely disappointed with the steak. Flavorless and I don't believe it was of a $30.00 quality. I'd expect a dry aged for that price. I make a better steak at home! I originally wanted to go to JAlexanders but my daughter didn't want to wait. It's a pity we didn't. The steaks there are of superb quality and the wood fire gives it an awesome taste. The price is the same but the food is so much better. I don't know why anybody would waste their time and precious money at the Weber Grill. I will not be a regular customer of the place. They need some fine tuning. The best part of my visit was my server. He was excellent. Two thumbs down!!
