bad experience - the other reviews must be false. Worst experience. This place is extremely unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a deal of 16 lazer treatments. It is almost impossible to get an appointment. I have 3 of my scheduled appointments moved. Twice they did not even tell me. They tried to make up for it by offering me 6 appointments for free only to later reneg that offer. What business does that?? In my original consult, they said not to schedule treatments beyond 6 weeks. Now that they can't fit me into the books, they say it would be fine within 3 mos. ??! They claim they are no longer honoring compensations, since they are under new managment. What?? Same name...same business, so they should honor the same obligations as before. I feel like I wasted money and wish I could get a refund and go elsewhere.…

worst spa ever!. I bought 16 LHR sessions in september 2010. Appointments 1 and 2 went great so I decided to buy another 10 sessions and do more areas. Appointment 3 kept me waiting for 45 minutes I had to leave half way through to make a pre planned event. #4 was fine. #5 they had some "emergency" and rescheduled me 4 weeks later which was the next opening.…

Nothing Impressive. I wish we had seen one of those deals you find on those discount sites where they offer you a discounted rate for a package deal. The service was below average....never knew the names of the 2 girls that actually provided the services. They had me carrying around my clothes and shoes! Even though they have a locker room. Nice! They did not take the time to explain to you what you should expect or do. We were offered a steam before our services and so we were excited to go into a steam room together. Only to find out that we were each put in separate rooms and sit in a tiny shower with the shower running to catch some steam. The temperature in my shower only got to 82 degrees .....that's not a hot steam room to me! Disappointing. The actually massage was just ok. The facial was good I guess. Haven't had enough of other facials to compare. It's an ok place if you get it on the cheap. But if you're looking for a very soothing relaxing luxurious spa experience then this is not the place to go.…

Horrifying experience. This was the worst spa experience I have ever received. Not only was the way the receptionist treated me , but the owner was unprofessional and rude. It is also very dirty and that's to bad because the place is very nicely decorated. I would not recommend this spa to anybody.…
