Awesome food. I love it here. Food is great, as is the atmosphere. Nuff said.

Friendly Avondale tap with pub grub and microbrews.. This casual watering hole keeps it local, from the neighborhood clientele to the modern wall sculptures created by a Chicago artist and the selection of 45 mostly regional craft brews. Alt-rock is cranked up, while games--shown on a few flatscreens--are turned down, making it clear where priorities lie. Although the menu of sandwiches, wraps and pizzas follow a familiar formula, there are a few unexpected finds, like a fresh bocconcini salad, homemade falafel, a Philly cheese steak made with shaved, house-roasted ribeye and fried candy bars.
