A lacquer of gray paint, barred doors and windows, and a thick, glass-fronted counter lend an institutional---okay, jail-like--feel to this carryout spot with a chuckle-inducing menu of Chicago classics. Want it to go? That’s "out on good behavior" here. Choices like the Misdemeanor Wiener, Pardon Polish and Guilty Gyros have a higher purpose, though, since employees who prepare them have at some point served time. There's no seating, save for a few ramshackle tables out back.
