Creative twists on brunch fare attracts 20-and 30-somethings.
This eclectic brunch spot with staff decked out in retro attire serves as a haven for hip-to-the-scene locals. On weekends, tables are packed with couples or groups of friends seizing the day over French toast or eggs and orange-flavored coffee. Along with themed pancake flights--mini stacks of four different hot cakes that change weekly--there are 10 egg dishes, including an asparagus and forest mushroom omelet with dry-aged jack cheese. A late-night menu offers bar fare with a breakfast twist, such as fried chicken and waffles. The fetching decor, with vintage chandeliers, creamsicle-colored walls and tangerine leather swivel chairs, is enhanced by the sunlight that pours in through the windows.
