I wouldn't listen to Jada's remarks below, she wanted the extensions for free and threatened a law suit insisting she was an attorney and the extensions were not Great Lengths. My daughter, one of the co-owners, called for help so I contacted our attorney who checked it out. The extensions were Great Lengths and Jada was not an attorney. Instead of our attorney contacting Jada I did....mistake the women can not speak without using the most vulgar obscene language I've ever heard. After hanging up on her she repeatedly called leaving the same type of voice messages.......these are in the hands of our attorney as well.

DECEPTIVE & LIARS. Verto cheated me and ruined my hair. I paid then a lot of money for Great Lengths extensions and they put in cheap tangly hair extensions with plastic bonds that ruined my hair. They are a horrible and lie to their clients. Ashley teaches her staff to be vague and not say anything to customers...why would you do this if you are running an ethical business???? DONT GO HERE...This salon will charge you a lot of money and tell you they use superior products and put garbage in your hair. Ashley lies to customers all the time and they believe her because she has a baby voice like a 10 year old. Be smart and spend your money at an honest and ethical salon.

Looking and Feeling Good. I have had 3 facials at Verto, and I am hooked!! Lindsay does a great job, and when I leave my skin feels like its breathing. I have also had my hear put up by Melissa, and it stayed in even with a night of clubbing.

Best Salon in Chicago. Ashley is amazing! I get stopped all the time by people asking me where I got my hair cut. Staff is friendly and professional. Good prices and they are open late and on Mondays!

The services are right on par with the decor!. The salon is beautifully decorated and Verto provides a trendy upbeat vibe. Ashley is an amazing hair stylist and can do amazing extensions. I have always, and will continue to recommend her work!

Great atmosphere, good snacks, and friendly staff. Verto Salon is beautiful, contemporary, welcoming, AND they offer fabulous services. I cannot wait to get a facial there. I've heard they are amazing.They also offer snacks/cookies :-)

Verto Salon. Great service! Bevarages and little treats are offered which is always a plus. This is now my regular spot ;) I would recommend this place to anyone.
