Not merely the beverage of choice to wash down the 10 gourmet burgers that form the centerpiece of the menu, beer is also a key ingredient in many of the dishes. Take the Gonzo Imperial Porter-glazed mushrooms on the Ole Imperial burger or the St. Louis Kriek-infused duck confit, which finds its way into the Lucky Duck grilled cheese. Casually dressed young-professional types gather around the long communal tables, set under glowing red globe lighting or in the larger back room with purple walls stenciled with tree silhouettes and more space for large groups to spread out.
