The epic menu is peppered with nonstandard offerings like a garlicky Thai sausage served with pickled ginger and roasted peanuts from the apps column and red curry catfish with green beans and eggplant. Still, traditionalists have nothing to fear; staples like vegetarian spring rolls and, yes, pad thai get equal billing alongside the more adventurous fare.
