“recommend the Pork Belly Confit with the regular sauce as well as that fantastic mayo that comes on the side.”
“great new BBQ place in Chicago”
A bbq place worth trying. The other day we ordeded two sandwiches called the beast. one brand burger and a hypocrite burger. First the beast is loaded with over a pound of meat consisting chopped pork, beef brisket, and burnt ends. This is the real deal bbq. It comes with two sauces, side and coleslaw. We chose the sweet potatoe fries, which were excellent. The brand burger is 1/2 lb of groumd beef with burnt ends, smoked gouda, and fried onions. The hypocrite is also a half pounder with smoked portabella, bacon, topped with horseradish cheddar sauce. Both were perfectly char grilled. This time we chose the mac and cheese with burnd ends. It had a nice smokey flavor. Delivery was qyick and the food arrive hot..
Not Good. First of all, we didn't recieve 10% off our first order. Second, you might as well be eating poop. The buns are so bad, no matter what you put between them tastes like, you guessed it, poop. I wonder if they have even tasted the food they're selling. It's that bad. I wouldn't put my money on it. It was that bad.
I am so sorry for your poor experience. We regularly use Gonnella products and had run out in the middle of service; which will not happen again. If you ordered online and did not receive 10% off then I will need to look into that because it is supposed to be automatic.
Again, I am terribly sorry and would love to make it up to you. Feel free to email me at charity@brandbbqmarket com, so that I may send you a coupon.
BYOB for real. this is how a barbecue place should be like! tender juicy meat, smoky, mouthwatering fares, amazing sauces which makes each and every single bite special and unique every single time. I can eat their Pork Belly Confit for a whole month and not get tired of it! with sauces or just by itself, this is really delish! I will surely come back to this place craving and hungry for more
Good new BYOB BBQ spot. I went to Brand for dinner and was really excited to find out they deliver - hopefully they deliver to lincoln park!Anyway it's BYOB so that is a plus and it had really good BBQ sauce to go with a really good pulled pork sandwiche. I got the house BBQ sauce which is like a vinagarette - yum.
Citysearch Editorial Review. Both barbecue purists and foodies can feed their cravings at this casual Logan Square joint where the familiar brisket and pulled pork share grill space with the more novel smoked pork belly confit. A sweet smoke wafts from the kitchen where chefs cook over apple, cherry and hickory coals. Wall-mounted chalkboards suggest complementary pairings for the seven protein options and seven sauces, such as the smoked pulled duck with sweet Southern Comfort and peach sauce. Sides like smoked gouda mac ’n’ cheese with burnt ends (deep-friend, double-smoked brisket fat) and bourbon creamed corn round out the menu. Faux fireplaces and soulful tunes warm the room as young neighbors from the area’s shiny new condos rub elbows--literally--from tightly packed wooden benches.
I am still soo full right now.
I went to this place some days ago. Never heard about it actually, and I love BBQ! Think its brand new actually.
A little off season for my own cooking so this place is a great substitute :)
I recommend the Pork Belly Confit with the regular sauce as well as that fantastic mayo that comes on the side. Don't really know what they put in it, but it was delicious. Not really a food critic, but feel this place deserves a "well done chap"
See you again very soon :)
PS: It's so cheap too :)
great new BBQ place in Chicago. I went to brand BBQ Market for lunch today - so good and so reasonable for the amount of food you get. I reccomend the classic pulled pork sandwich. I got sweet potato fries and my friend got the pork belly confit (with this really yummy mayo?). Can't wait to go back with a bottle of vino for din.
