Huge help and dependable. I had a major clog in my drain that I could not take care of myself. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Bill came to my house and first went over with me my options and cost for the repair. He routed my drain several times until he was sure that the line was clear. . . He was very neat and thorough and also took time to give me tips on how to prevent clogs. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/12/11. My water bill had doubled recently and we suspected that the running toilet was the cause. I called for a Roto-Rooter plumber from the Wheaton location and Chris a.k.a. The Roto-Rooter guy was very helpful and knowledgeable, checking out all three toilets as part of the free estimate. It turned out that only one toilet was currently leaking, another I could now see was very close, and the third had some time before it would start. I was concerned about the cost so he offered me the $40 web site coupon. There was no pressure to up sell, I really felt like Chris was on my side to save me money. It is less expensive to have all 3 toilets repaired and pay one service charge rather than to risk having to call someone out again in a few months or next year. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!…
