Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Great Service!!!!!. Called Roto Rooter this morning after a drain in our mood room blew black stuff back up out of it. We just recently bought the home and worried it was a far greater issue and would be terribly expensive to fix. The had a professional out to the house within a half hour of calling!!!! Super fast!!! The gentleman could not have been nicer and would ask him back out by name if we, which is Dan, by the way. The call out did not break our bank and we are back to doing laundry, no black stuff shooting up out of the drain, as though nothing ever happened. Would use them again in a second!!! Fast Good service. We had been having trouble for 3 days with our toilet. We thought we could do it ourselves, but apparently not. Called Roto-Rooter in our phone book for Portage, IN and within 2 hours they were there to help us out. We thought it would take 2 days to get someone to help. Wonder Service!. My parents needed someone to come up and fix some problems they were having with some sewer issues. They sent someone out right away and Silvano was wonderful, He explained everything in detail and even offered to come back out if we decided that we needed more product. GREAT TEAM!. Have lots of trees, thus lots of roots! The first roto they did churned up alot, cleared plenty...but turns out my yard it more than 100 feet to the main! They came back for no charge, and went the extra 30 feet to get all the way to the pipe and even ran a camera to make sure it was clear! WAY TO GO! And the plumber team was friendly and informative.
