Suzanne is a wonderful trainer, she listens and zones in on your needs. Ive noted her to not only be dedicated but also very knowlegable of health, fitness, and nutrition. She is also vigilant on keeping track of your goals. At every session she will make sure to ask how your diet is going and make suggetions as needed. I have also taken her yoga and Cardio tai boxing group classes. Here too she will take time to go around to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly and motivate you to do your best.
Midway through my training course I found out I was pregnant. Suzanne did an amazing job in modifying my exercise program and even submitted a new "nutrtition anaylsis" for my pregnancy. I am very happy I found her.

Suzanne is a fantastic, motivating trainer and I love her group-fitness classes! She is without a doubt one of the best that Chicago has to offer. I have taken her Body Sculpt, Band Camp, Yoga, and (my personal favorite) Cardio Tai Boxing classes for a few years, and I always leave feeling sweaty and satisfied.
H.E.R.O. (where I currently take her Cardio Tai Boxing and yoga classes Saturday mornings) is also a great, unique fitness facility. You really get one on one attention from the instructors because classes are kept small. If you are looking for a serious workout from a friendly, knowledgeable instructor, SKo-Fit is for you!
Get a healthy lifestyle.
SKo-Fit is great, it changed our lives! SInce starting the program I have leaned out, lost weight and have been eating great! I have a consistent energy flow all day long (no more peaks and valleys). And best of all I sleep like a rock! Here is how it happened. I attended a short lecture given by Suzanne. She discussed the many misconceptions people have about "healthy" and "un-healthy foods". It was an eye opener, and I realized how these days we have it all wrong! Suzanne discussed various fitness routines. Suzanne had me submitt a detailed 7 day food diary over the following week, just noting down anything I ingest throughout the week. and any exercise or activity performed. Suzanne then did a complete review of my food diary and we met again to go over all the bad food habits and activities that I had. We discussed processed foods, "health foods" antioxidants, organic fods, whole foods etc..Suzanne created a complete personal analysis to meet my schedule and suggestions how I could change my foods and stil keep my busy lifestyle. Just after a week I cannot believe how much better I felt, my energy level, how my clothes fit, and general apearance and confidence.
