Where I have experienced other
therapists treat the symptom of a problem, Alan goes to the root. He has an amazing talent and sensibility for getting to the heart -and quickly.
Alan works to understand our feelings, even when we do not, and gives us tools in the form of suggestions for moving forward. He is an amazing resource, a breath of fresh air and brings light to where there is dark. I have a great sense of comfort knowing that Alan is with us on our journey. Thank you Alan !

Alan is a colleague of mine and we meet up regularly to share reflections and learnings regarding our work. When I need a fresh perspective on a case, Alan is a solid go-to. I can be assured that he'll have something interesting to say on the matter--or that he'll have taken a workshop specifically on the subject a week before :)

Alan was the one that referred us to Integral Counseling. I must admit, going once a week at $90 per session is hard b/c of our financial situation. We went to him last year for 3 times... he was very understanding and seemed like he connected and knew where we were both coming from.

I have been working with Alan for several months now and I can't say enough about how much he has helped me. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. Alan has such an innate sense of what the underlying issues are and can pinpoint a major theme or problem in such a short period of time. It's like he knows me better than I know myself sometimes.

The time had come to find a couples therapist.. my husband and I wanted to work on our communication issues.. I really did not know how to go about finding a therapist, combined with the challenge of finding one that we could both relate too. I decided to look on yelp, we met with Alan once and both new that we had found someone we wanted to work with. And our first instincts were correct

Jaffe Alan M PsyD has done such a great job of helping me to become more empowered in my life. She has skillfully assisted me in the process of transitioning from a state of fear and being stuck to positive movement and obtaining personal and professional goals. I always leave her office feeling excited and joyful.
