Terrible customer service, no parking. Don't bother. This spa doesn't answer the phone and when you email them they tell you to call. Waste. Of. Time. The website is full of dead links and promises of future things. There are many better spas in Chicago you can visit.

Amazing Results - 100% Satisfied. I wanted to share my positive experience at So Lux, when entering the doors, there's a genuine feeling of warmth and welcome. I would like to praise the whole staff and Angelica, the manager, for excellent service. Everyone is attentive, accommodating, pleasant and professional. They are truly a special group and provide exemplary care in performing their jobs. My experience has been very positive and I would recommend So Lux to everyone. I'm already on my 4th laser treatment for my whole body and I am delighted with the treatment that I received and the results. I feel like a brand new,confident woman and Angelica is my angel sent from heaven. Also, the Microdermabrasion treatments are phenomenal. I already had two and it's a great feeling when people actually see the difference. I received many compliments regarding my skin, it looks great and I'm shining with a glow. I will most definitely be a long time client of So Lux. Keep up the great work ladies!
