The growing pizza chain has a simple but unique concept: Its pre-baked pizza shells are topped to your specifications in store—choose from a list of preordained pies or add your own toppings--and are then sent home with you to bake. All the ingredients are organic, and the pickup-only store offers a variety of freshly prepared salads. For dessert, there are giant-size bake-at-home cookies as well.
