Sleek Neighborhood Sushi Spot. A follow-up to the Loop and Irving Park locales, this neighborhood-y, mid-priced Japanese with a gleaming sushi bar dispenses basics—from edamame and satay as well as bentos, noodles and maki—in mod-casual, orange and white-splashed surrounds. The pan-Asian offerings ensure there’s something for everyone, starting with the vegetarian Mega Vega maki, a monster roll packed with tempura sweet potato, broccoli, beets, cucumbers and avocados. But more fancified fare—think chardonnay-garlic chicken—holds court with panang curry, udon, yakisoba and pad Thai.
