I am just amazed at the information you could tell me about this house. I felt like I was talking to the builder and the previous owner. You really have a great way of explaining the problems and I especially liked the maintenance tips you told me about.

I was pleased by the inspection because the inspector brought up issues I had not considered. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Also, he noticed some visual defects I did not see. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Inspector was very, very good. Not only did I get my home inspected but the information I learned as a new home buyer was just super. I feel I can take this information and apply it when I buy my next home. Also the inspection report was so professional words can’t even explain.
