Life coaching. I was looking for a life coach on an array of issues effecting my personal life, professional life, and new relationships. She was able to connect with me on a range of topics and experiences and had a communication style was pragmatic, effective. Together we set achievable milestones that made the obstacles I had set for myself seem approachable and within the realm of my own action to change.

Financial coaching. I worked with Randi on outlining my financial plans and goals for the next two years - balancing my new business venture with my current responsibilities, assessing where I could reign in spending, what goals were plausible and what it would look like, financially, if I did not reach those goals in the time I expected.

The sessions gave me significant piece of mind, shed light on options and helped me prepare financially (and emotionally) for what the entrepreneurial process looks like. It was a great help to work Institute for Coaching and I plan to work with Randi again in the future when the need arises. Highly recommended.

Chicago coach worked me thru move to new city and work promo. I moved to Chicago recently when promoted in my career in the financial industry. My work with IFC was two-fold - adjusting to a new city while taking on a promotion with the highest level of managerial responsibility I've had yet to date. I spoke with my coach about my concerns, difficulties, etc and she helped me develop pragmatic strategies to deal with these issues. I finished regular coaching a couple months ago, but have an ongoing package with my coach as I find checking in every 1-2 months keeps me focused and practical when stresses arise.
