Phenominal Service!!!. I had two techs come out from Pure Duct Systems to clean my carpets and they did a good job. They got out a few things left from my grand kids visit last week. My wife and I are now cool aid free.

I would happily recommend Pure Duct Systems.. When it comes to carpet cleaning, these guys are the best. I've used big name companies before, but I didn't feel like they really cared about who i was, and what i wanted as a customer. However, the people at Pure Duct Systems walked me through the whole cleaning process from start to finish in a very helpful and friendly manner. They answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was truly happy once the job was complete. These guys come highly recommended!

Their job was awesome!. My basement was flooded and was undiscovered for 2 days. It smelled bad and I was worried about molds and mildews on my carpets. I hired this company and called them, they arrived on time and immediately did the cleaning. Good job guys!

By Far The Best !!!. I am very glad I used Pure Duct Systems to clean our carpets. They didn't try to be the push us anything . The technician was very informative, and they did a great job cleaning our rugs. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone who needs Carpet Cleaning

Very happy with the service!. The duct cleaning went very well; both of the technicians were very professional and explained everything they were going to do upfront in detail. We were pleased with the service and will definitely use Pure Duct Systems again in the future.

Fantastic job!. I have had my carpets, rugs and air ducts cleaned with pure duct systems. The technician that came to clean was very courteous and informative. Everything was cleaned in under 2 hour. I am very satisfied with all the work done and have recommended this company to all of my family. Fantastic job!

Great Service!!!. No better AC company in Chicago I was very pleased with their service. The technician that they sent was very knowledgeable, kind and it took him no time at all to fix my unit. Once the job started he wont stop till the job was completed. Their web-site is very informative too, the best in Chicago. I was so pleased with the final result of the project.

Highly Recommend!!!. I would highly recommend pure duct for the cleaning of ductwork. The guys that came to my home for an estimate and to service my system were pleasant, informative and highly conscientious. They did a very thorough job and cleaned every thing when done. I have already referred them to friends, neighbors and relatives. My dryer now takes half the time it did to dry a load of clothes. Thanks for a good job.

Great job !!!. These guys were great! They worked very efficiently in a timely and professional manner.

I scheduled an appointment with them last week between 1-3 pm to have my carpets cleaned. I realized I wasn't going to make it back to my apartment in time, so I called back to reschedule with no problems at all. They were incredibly flexible and understanding with my busy schedule.

When the technician Eddie arrived to my apartment, he was very friendly, and was not upset that we had to reschedule my appointment. He had all the equipment required to clean my carpets, and the clean up job turned out to cost even less money than was estimated!

I am so happy my carpets are finally clean again!! I highly recommend these guys!
