Michael Jordan's Steakhouse is a member of Chicago's Guaranteed Green Restaurant Coalition and offers some incredibly good American-style food. Of course, local celebrity, Michael Jordan brings in the crowd, but the fresh food and sustainable mindset keeps people coming back.

Celebrity-themed restaurants aren't usually good. This is the exception. I actually like the appetizers more than the steaks, and the dining room is beautiful.
