Extremely dissatisfied and totally doubting the work that was done. Unfortunately, my plumbing emergency occurred on a weekend, and my regular plumber was swamped and couldn't get to a sewer backup for two weeks. I would have been much better off calling the village in the first place. They were wonderful. I am worried I was totally ripped off for $4,000 and my front yard is all dug up. There is unfortunately, a huge sense of urgency when you are without indoor plumbing. The first tech never returned a glass and never even emptied to buckets of sewer water and got my basement carpeting soaked for $179. I should have insisted on seeing proof of the costly repair quoted the next day through cameras and the compromised sewer pipe connection. Trust no one, especially a plumber. And are they really licensed plumbers or only techs. The two techs who jackhammered my front stoop, replaced the connection, installed an outdoor access point, removed excess material and added gravel were good. A village inspector approved their work. But I never saw the compromised connection. I should have insisted. In addition, Precision Plumbing couldn't rod out to the village sewer in the street after three tries, but the other plumber contracted by the village got through on the first try. Imagine that. The supervisor, Chris Hart, who replaced a seal on my toilet, never even removed the old wax seal or properly checked the connection from the shut-off to the toilet. A bucket of water filled up in my basement, after the ceiling was soaked, under the first floor toilet. The responses from Precision Plumbing on the Yelp forum are totally fabricated. The owners are John Zagoul; and Mike Barowski. There is no such person as Matt M. The only time they provide service is to pick up a check for work that wasn't necessary. Stay away. These people are scammers.

Paul came out to the house today and he exceeded my expectations as a consumer. The job he had in front of him was not easy...replacing a sump pump and ejector pit. This was with 8 inches of water in the basement from the Wednesday night rains. While Paul was addressing these problems, he also found the time to light our pilot light to our water heater and fix the plunger on our basement toilet. He was also a wealth of information to me on various plumbing topics. Next time something goes wrong in our basement with Plumbing, I will absolutely request Paul !

Neil was polite, thorough, honest, and good communicator regarding the work he work he did for our sump pump and his recommendation for future care of our system. I would definitely use him and the company again.

Mark was here to do furnace maintenance and he was very thorough and did a great job. He found some leakage in my waterheater and recommended I replace it asap. Upon my agreement, he coordinated with his peer and scheduled the installation for the same day. Thanks Mark!

Scott installed the waterheater promptly and in a very professional manner. Appreciated all his work - simply A+!

Simply the BEST. Just wanted say WOW Jess&Paul at Precission Plumbing realy know their stuff. They are both friendly and professional which is a major pluss. They took care of my problem and were glad to answer all my questions. If I ever had the need for service again. They will be the only ones I call.

SERVICE AND EXCELLENT INSTALLATION. I RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM 2 OTHER HIGHLY ADVERTISED AND RESPECTED COMPANIES FOR FURNACE AND AIR REPLACEMENT. MARK C. FROM PRECISION WAS THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL THAT TOOK TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN OPTIONS THAT WOULD BEST FULFILL MY NEEDS. OTHERS WERE TRYING TO SELL ME A SYSTEM AND TELLING ME THE PRICE IS ONLY GOOD FOR AS LONG AS THEY ARE HERE AND I NEED TO SIGN NOW TO LOCK IN THE PRICE. MARK STATED THAT THEY WOULD MEET ANY MATCHING PRICE AND THEY DID EXACTLY THAT AND WITH OUT ANY SHORT CUTS. HE LIVED UP TO HIS AGREEMENT EXPLICITLY.

I HAVE BEEN WITH A SERVICE ORGANIZATION FOR 36 YEARS AND KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS.

I TRULY ADMIRE HIS DEDICATION TO DETAIL AND MAKING SURE THINGS ARE DONE 100% TO CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATIONS. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING MARK C. WORK ON MY HOME AND TREAT IT LIKE HIS OWN. I WROTE MARK'S NUMBER ON THE FURNACE IN MARKER SO THAT IF SERVICE IF EVER NEEDED, HE IS THE ONE FROM PRECISION PLUMBING HEATING I WILL WANT TO SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT.

Professional Service and a Good Value. Dan from Precision Plumbing provided professional service at a good value. He presented several options for our water heater replacement and provided pros and cons to help us determine the best fit for our home. He answered our questions during the install and provided some helpful tips to help the equipment run efficiently. We will call Dan @ Precision for all our future plumbing needs!

Outstanding customer service. Precision Plumbing responded to my call immediately. The problem at my home required to have two tech's to resolve the issue. Both Ray B. and Josh M. were very professional, detailed in explaining the problem and what was causing it. They were also very patient and understanding with my questions and concern. They went far and beyond to make me feel at ease that the problem would be fixed. My dad was impressed how well the company works, he is going to pass on the word to his clients. Thank you!!!

Should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This company is out to scam people

When you call them for a project they will show you about 6 tiers of pricing and jobs.

Ranging from thousands to hundreds (what it actually should be)

They are clearly unethical.

The Techs are taught to find out how knowledgeable you might be to see how far astray they can lead you.

I am sure some fall for this scam but I am hoping others read this review and stay away from them.

It is a shame that companies like this exist.

And btw all the positive reviews are from family and employees.
