Vision One Lasik Center

Think Twice~. CATTLE CALL!! Need a serious change over in staff and customer service. I actually edited the patient waiver (mis-spellings, incorrect informatin, ect...) and handed it back to the secretary (who was thankful). Zero customer service when trying to make and appt via phone. Horribly rude. THEN, there's the eyes......still can't see out of my left eye. They SWORE my vision would continue to clear. Over the next several weeks I kept making appointments insisting it wasn't getting better. I finally had to go off on them and let them know that something was in fact wrong with my left eye. Upon further inspeciton, turns out I need a redo. They casually said the redo may not work and I will need a contact in the left eye or glasses still. Well THANKS Vision One. Thanks for screwing up my eyes and your piss poor customer service. I realize it was my choice to have this done, but I think I should've done more research before I commited to this company. They really just want to make money........go to a smaller practice who actually gives a crap about you.…

I can see!!! :). I recently purchased a deal on groupon for LASIK for only $1900. I was a little leary at first, not being familiar with vision one Lasik. The deal sounded too good to be true. However, after having done some research, read some reviews and the fine print on groupon for this deal, I was all for it! Even though I had to spend $1900 with the click of a button, I was GUARANTEED my money back for ANY reason, no questions asked!

When I went in for my consolation, everyone there was extremely friendly. After having waiting about 20 minutes which I didn't think was long considering its a doctors office, I met Dr. Brand. He was a really down to earth friendly guy. During my visit he pretty much told me about the entire procedure and answered all my questions that I had. When I left I felt very comfortable and excited about having this procedure done.



On the day of the surgery, it went exactly how it was explained by Dr. Brand and in the informational packet that was given to me at my consolation visit. It also was explained again via a video prior to the procedure. I thought that the surgery went exactly as planned; no complaints here! Doctor Martin did an AWESOME job!!!



I have been bragging about my procedure to everyone and anyone since I've had it done. They are all amazed by how well it went. I would HIGHLY recommend vision one Lasik center to ANYONE! Thanks to them I have 20/15 vision, which is better than 20/20!! : )…
