My daughter had her hair done at this salon and they ruined it! She was going for a deep purple/red/brown and the roots are the only thing that are right. Everything else is a different color. Working with the manager was a joke. I have left messages, emails and even tried Facebook to get a hold of the owner, still no response. They are sweet as pie until you have a complaint. Then the attitude comes out and the manager says, "If you don't like what I say, wait till you speak with the owner, she is worse!" I will never return there again. I also found out that this is their second salon the first was closed due to so many complaints...
Awesome Aveda Spa. I was shopping in the commons when I walked in this salon to buy my usual Aveda products and loved how I was treated so much I booked an appointment for a facial. It was one of the best facials I have ever had. I will definitely be going back for all my beauty care needs.

This salon clearly lacks customer service training.
I just had my first and last experience at Taylor Stevens Salon and Spa. The front desk receptionist was rude and totally disinterested. Usually, when I go to a salon for the first time, I get some sort of welcome. Nothing here at all. Just a mumbled "whatsyournamehaveaseatshe'llberightup." He wasn't too busy to gossip with another customer though, so that was nice.

The front area was disgusting. There was dust and dirt all over the floor and the product shelves had a thick layer of dust as well. Definitely a salon that is trying to be upscale but just doesn't have the staff that cares enough to make it happen.
I would like to personally apologize for your negative experience at our salon. As of August 2010, I have been the new Salon Manager. Since taking the the position at Taylor Stevens Salon & Spa , one of my first objectives was to redefine our definition of "Oustanding Customer Service." I have been in the salon industry for eleven years now, and have been very successful as a Salon Manager, because I believe in the highest standards of customer service. During the last five months I have been the Salon Manager, we have focused on giving our guests the best experience possible by giving more personal interaction with our guests. I feel confident in the direction our salon is moving forward in .
